Gathering information and finding the best solution

This is the initial phase of the process. Every project needs to start here.

First we need to understand your needs and expectations. During this time we will work together presenting and discussing ideas and possible solutions. The company communication app, the end-user devices, location, conference room types, and many more, it all matters when choosing the perfect conferencing system. The local visit may also be required to better evaluate the installation possibilities.

Drafting and designing system for final deployment

During this phase our engineers will choose the best solutions and design the final form of your conference system.

We always prepare the systems in accordance with the world-class Audio/Video standards. During this phase we will ensure all your needs are met, and all restrictions and notes taken into account. After you accept the project, we will prepare the system devices for the installation to ensure a smooth deployment.

Working on-site

Our field engineers are ready to install and configure the system in your office.

The designing phases are done and the project is prepared, now we need to make it happen. Our field engineers are ready and eager to get to work. We can start our work when it is convenient for you. If your office is still under construction, everything can be arranged so your systems are ready for the big opening. If you are upgrading, or replacing the old system, we can also dismantle and dispose of it.

We offer custom-prepared support offer for every customer in remote or on-site variants.
We are happy to conduct a training session for you and your employees. This can be both technical – for advanced users and system administrators, or basic system operations – for regular users. Finally we will prepare detailed technical documentation and user-guide instructions customized to your likings

Installation and configuration

If you already have the equipment chosen and the design prepared, we can install the devices for you. We will install them in accordance with the provided technical drawings, and in case you don’t have those we will suggest the best placement. Our experienced field engineers will ensure the system is installed professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guides and best practices.

Additionally to the installation, the implementation requires configuration of the systems, that is also included in our offer. After the installation is complete we will configure the system for you and adapt it to your preferences.

Modernization

Sometimes upgrading your conferencing equipment is all you need, we also offer such services. The upgrade process can be performed from ground up or by replacing single devices like e.g. display, cameras or sound system. Modernization may also include expanding existing setups with additional systems like e.g. room booking, automation, or interactive touch capabilities.
