Modern conference rooms are operated using touchscreen panels, and connections are set up using a single button (One Button to Push technology). The room’s environment (lighting, darkening of windows, temperature, etc.) is also controlled via touchscreen panels, and in order to simplify their operation, predefined parameter sets are most often used for a given type of meeting. To ensure order and ease of use, conference tables have built-in power sockets, sockets/cables for connecting to a computer network, and to allow presentation of content on monitors/projection screens. The entire set comes complete with panels and indicators showing the status of the conference room booking and displaying the room occupancy schedule.
